Guruswamy Shri Ramesh Chalam is a spiritual and a pious person, who is deep into Ayyappa worship. He was introduced into Ayyappa worship and devotion from his childhood days by his parents and maternal uncles. His maternal uncle Guruswamy Shri Docha Mama has been his guide and mentoring him in Ayyappa puja and worship since his childhood days.

He has been undertaking holy Sabarimala pilgrimage under his guidance since his childhood. With his teachings today he is able to conduct the Ayyappa Puja on a grand scale and undertake the Pilgrimage to the Holy Hill Shrine of Sabarimala of Lord Ayyappa with 41 days of proper Vritham and anushtanams.

Professionally, he is a science graduate in chemistry from University of Mumbai and has been in continuous service since his early 20s. He has worked with BPCL-Refinery, Chembur for the last three and half decades and has retired in 2016 as Manager.

Post retirement he along with his spiritual practice is heading a Socio-spiritual organization under the name and style Vedant Ayyappan Seva Foundation along with a team of like-minded people. The foundation is involved in undertaking various social activities like educating the underprivileged children, undertaking food camps for the needy, providing ration to old age homes and in aiding the poor.

Manickam Ramaswamy is a soft spoken, God-fearing person. In 2005 he joined the Sabarimalai pilgrimage tour which Guruswamy Ramesh Chalam was conducting ever year. From the subsequent year, Manickam took over the financial part of the pilgrimage trip. As the pilgrimage group began to grow, it was necessary to keep clean records and Manickam started to present full accounts every year immediately after the pilgrimage tour.

Manickam is a Post graduate in Commerce and has a degree in Law also. For more than three decades, he was heading the Accounts department in a private firm. Presently, he is doing consultancy in all Accounts matters and taxes.

Manickam is with Ramesh Chalam in Vedant Ayyappan Seva Foundation, a social and spiritual organization in Thane. Vedant Ayyappan Seva Foundation is involved in social activities which include giving education to deserving economically weak children, monetary help for treatment to poor handicapped persons, food distribution at old age homes.

Krishnan Balakrishnan is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost & Management Accountant. He currently works abroad as an airline CFO. Hailing from a family of Vedic pundits, Krishnan has been raised with a spiritual bent of mind and remains rooted in Sanatana Dharma and it's values and teachings.
